1Is the payment secure?
Yes. We only accept payments that are 3D secure – authentication security created by VISA and MasterCard. This provides an additional layer of security for online CNP (card-holder not present) transactions to prevent online fraud.
2Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver almost anywhere in the world with a few exceptions such as Russia.
3How can I be sure that I will receive the artwork I paid for?
All artworks are shipped door to door with a reliable courier company (DHL Express Worldwide).
4How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated according to the volumetric weight, width and height of the artwork, and shipping destination. Our system includes a built-in shipping calculator that allows you to view shipping costs when you enter your shipping destination.
5Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is shipped and can track your order online.
6Do I have to pay import taxes?
We cannot anticipate whether your local customs will charge you for buying and importing artwork and what these charges will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority to find out if there are any import duties and/or VAT and what the rates are.
